ISLAMABAD: Dec 7: The capital police arrested four outlaws from different areas of the city and recovered narcotics, mobiles, and weapons from there possession, a police spokesman said on Friday.

He said the Tarnol police intercepted three persons separately on suspicion during patrolling in the area of Jhangi Saydan. During their search 1.2kg hashish and 450grams opium were recovered from them.

Similarly, the Margalla police stopped a taxi in G-9/3 and asked its passenger to produce identification documents. However, the passenger started threatening the policeman, and a scuffle ensued. In the meantime a passenger pulled out a 9MM pistol, but he was overpowered and later shifted to police station.
