Office looted

KARAK, Sept 9: Thieves have taken away Rs0.4 million from the office of the executive district officer health.

Sources in EDO office informed on Sunday that unknown thieves entered the office of the EDO health situated in district secretariat Karak on the night between Saturday and Sunday and broke the safe lockers of the office. They took away Rs0.4 million from the locker.

When EDO health Dr Balqiaz Khattak was contacted he confirmed the report but did not share any further details with the media and asked for contacting the head clerk for the purpose. —Correspondent
