LAHORE: Pakistan Tehrik-i-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan on Tuesday said that not only cities but rural areas will also feel the impact of the ‘tsunami’ his party brings, DawnNews reported.
Speaking to media representatives in Lahore, Khan said that the political conditions of the country have become worse.
The PTI chief said that the parties who got the opportunity to rule the country were not able to guide it towards a prosperous path.
He shunned the impression that the party’s Vice Chairman Shah Mehmood Qureshi was contacting other political parties to join them.
While replying to a question about the prime minister’s contempt of court case, Khan said that Gilani just wanted to save the president and that's why he is not writing to the Swiss authorities to open the cases.
