NAWABSHAH, March 14: The 13-year-old boy accused of molesting his elder sister was sent to jail on judicial remand on Wednesday while their 15-year-old brother, also an accused is reportedly in Lahore.

The double-incest case surfaced when the victim girl tried to burn herself last week after getting frustrated at their mother's insistence to keep silent.

However, police on Tuesday recorded the statement of the girl at the Peoples Medical University Hospital where she is admitted since March 7.

Parents claim their daughter to be mentally unstable but police registered the case on girl's complaint and produced one of the offenders before the court of judicial magistrate who ordered 14-day judicial remand of the boy. - Correspondent
