LAHORE, Jan 29: A 22-year-old shop employee was shot dead allegedly by his fellow after an argument at Rehmat Chowk in Wapda Town on Sunday.

Sattokatla police said Waqas opened fire at Azhar, of Kanganpura, and fled.

FOUND MURDERED: A 13-year-old boy and a 28-year-old man were found murdered in North Cantonment and Shahdara. Police said teenage Umer Latif, of Kumharpura in Ghaziabad, was found slain near Old Officers’ Colony. They said the boy had been missing from his house two days ago.

In another incident, Shahdara police found an unidentified man shot dead on Saggian Road. Police also found a weapon near the body.

Police shifted the bodies for autopsies and registered murder cases.

ACCIDENT: Two people were killed and another injured in two road accidents in the city on Sunday.

Shad Bagh police said Kashif was killed and Arshad was injured when a tractor with a trolley hit their motorcycle on Amir Road. Mozang police said 16-year-old Zafar was knocked down and killed by a vehicle near Cahuburji.

slain: A 17-year-old girl was found murdered at her home on Fleming Road in Naulakha on Sunday. Police said Fatima was found in a room with her throat slit open.

City SP Operations Muhammad Anwer Khaitran said the murder was still blind as unidentified person(s) slain the girl with a sharp-edged weapon and disappeared.

He said the girl was going to marry in near future, adding investigation was at an early stage.

He said the body had been shifted for autopsy.
