TAXILA, Oct 12: An alleged killer of a policeman, who had gone into hiding after the incident, surrendered to the Hassanabadal police on Wednesday.
Shahab Shah opened indiscriminate fire at Constable Zahoor Ahmed and his wife on October 6 when he found them together near village Bafaud and fled the scene.
Resultantly Zahoor Ahmed died on the spot while his wife was shifted to DHQ Hospital Rawalpindi in critical condition with four bullet injuries.—Correspondent
