PESHAWAR: Eleven more militants were killed and several others injured in fresh clashes with Pakistan's security forces near the Pak-Afghan border in Upper Dir, DawnNews reported on Tuesday.

Official sources claimed that 24 insurgents were killed in the last three days of clashes with security forces.

The latest clash took place in the border areas of Karakar and Lagray Sir.

Most of the militants killed belonged to the area of Batash in Afghanistan’s Kunar province, sources added.
