Theft incidents

ATTOCK, Sept 21: The thieves struck at three places in different areas of the district on Wednesday. Police sources said that house of Haji Gul Khan in the limits of Injra police station was looted as the thieves made off with 16 tolas gold jewellery, cash and other valuables.

Similarly, a 50-KV transformer was stolen from the power supply line in limits of Hazro police station, causing suspension of power supply to the area, they maintained.

Moreover, a resident lodged a compliant with Fatehjang Police that three persons stole trees worth Rs25,000 from his field in Dhoke Hassu village, sources said. — Correspondent
