KHAR: Over a dozen rockets fired from across the border in Afghanistan hit a populated area in Mamond town of Bajaur tribal region on Sunday, wounding five tribesmen, local people said.

They said the attackers belonged to Kunar province of Afghanistan.

The attackers fired a volley of rockets, the sources said, adding three rockets landed in houses leaving five people injured. Two children were among the wounded, they said.
