ISLAMABAD, July 22: A man and his eight-year-old son were booked by Sabzi Mandi police on Friday.

The police said two children participating in summer camp at Police Lines Headquarters collided with each other while running. As a result both Azan Azam and Shahnawaz Sultan Kharal received injuries. Both were taken to hospital and their families informed. Kharal suffered a hairline fracture to his left arm.

Kharal’s sister Nosheen also came to the hospital and called Azan’s father. Police said during the conversation the woman started crying.

She approached  Sabzi Mandi police and lodged a complaint against Azan’s father Azam Habib accusing him of harassing and threatening her.

In a separate complaint she accused Azan of breaking her brother’s arm during a brawl. — Staff Reporter
