SUKKUR, June 14: One more woman lost her life on Tuesday at the hands of her husband on the pretext of being a kari in Jan Muhammad Bugti village in PS limits RD-44 near Thull.
Reports said one Jawed Bugti was suspecting his wife of having illicit relations with another man and thus shot her dead and fled from the scene.
Police took the body for post-mortem but no case was registered till the filing of this report. MISSING BOY:
Female relatives of 12-year-old Abdul Wahab s/o Muhammad Malook Dohu resident of Garhi Hassan Sarki village near Thull staged a sit-in in front of the DPO House Jacobabad on Tuesday. The boy is missing for the past two weeks.
They told media men that the boy was kidnapped to take the revenge of the death of Heer Din Katohar killed over karo-kari.
The DPO Jacobabad did not meet with the protesting women who remained there for two hours.
Later DSP City Abdul Hameed Khakhrani removed them from the DPO House.
