NAUSHAHRO FEROZE, May 31: Villagers foiled a kidnapping attempt and caught one of the kidnappers near Darya Khan Mari on Tuesday.

Mohammad Aslam Jatt was irrigating his field when five armed men tried to kidnap him.

He raised alarm, drawing attention of villagers who opened fire. Kidnappers left Aslam and escaped. However, the villagers caught one of the accused, Imran Rind, resident of Daur.

When contacted, police said that they were interrogating arrested kidnapper Imran Rind and FIR would be lodged soon. SUICIDE:

A disabled boy committed suicide by hanging himself from a ceiling fan in his house in the village of Masuji wah on Tuesday.

Shafi Mohammad Dahri, 18, was disabled with one leg. He was disappointed because he failed to get job.
