Man booked

CHAKWAL, May 13: A man was booked here on the charges of harassing a nine-year-old girl, sources told Dawn on Friday.

Zaffar Iqbal, resident of Chakwalian village in tehsil Talagang, told police that his daughter Ayesha Sadiqa was coming home from the village seminary.

Mohammad Shahadat picked her from a street and took her to his home.

He said that the accused Shahadat tortured her daughter and tried to molest her but when the girl made hue and cry he freed her.—Correspondent
