SWABI, April 26: Police claimed to have recovered two young men, who were kidnapped by unidentified abductors on April 13.

Both the recovered young men, Muneer Ahmad and Mohammad Qasid, belong to Kalu Khan area of the district. They were riding a motorcycle when abductors picked them up on April 13.

It has been learnt that both the families were contacted by adductors, demanding millions ransom for their safe release.However, their families said that they did not pay ransom and police recovered them from Mardan. “Both of them were handed over to their parents by police at midnight,” said Mohammad Saeed, relative of Mr Muneer. “We did not pay a single penny,” he claimed. —Correspondent
