OKARA, April 26: Three people were killed and another injured during a clash between two groups over a land dispute here on Tuesday in the Ravi bed close to Thatta Massan Ka, Gogera.
Reports said Shahbaz alias Cherra group had a land dispute with Anwari Wattoo group. On Tuesday, supporters of both the groups had a clash. As a result Iqbal and Nasir Awan of Cherra group and Arshad Sahil of Anwari Wattoo group were killed on the spot. Shahdat of Cherra group suffered critical injuries.
According to the Gogera SHO, police will file a murder case of Cherra group’s men. Syedwala police (Nankana) will register the case of Arshad Sahil. — Correspondent
