KARACHI, Jan 12: The Sindh Assembly has notified the names of chairmen of various standing committees.

The new chairmen have assumed the charge of their assignments.

According to a notification issued here, MPA Anwar Ahmed Khan Mahar has been unanimously declared as the chairman of the standing committee on home, Arif Mustafa Jatoi as the chairman of the standing committee on irrigation, Saleem Khursheed Khokhar as the chairman of the standing committee on minorities’ affairs, Mohammad Moin Aamir Pirzada as the chairman of the standing committee on health, and Dr Abdul Sattar Rajpar as the chairman of the standing committee on agriculture, livestock and fisheries.
