BUNER: Three minors killed in road accident
BUNER, July 24: At least three minors were killed and nine others sustained injuries when a pick up van carrying participants of a wedding party plunged into deep ravine here on Thursday.
The ill-fated pick up (PSP 303) was on way from Allah Dhand Dheri, Malkand region, to Malik Pur, Buner, when it fell into a deep ravine while negotiating a sharp turn near Chaar area of Pir Baba. As a result three minors including two girls were killed on the spot and nine others including two women received injuries. The injured were taken to the district headquarters hospital Daggar.
The deceased were identified as Afshana (8), Shahida (8) and Ghufran (7) of Allah Dhand Dheri.The injured included Shoaib Akhtar, Kamran, Neelam, Anwar Khan, Baju Said, Mohammad Mulk and Zenab of Allah Dhand Dheri while Ghambar and Gulzar belonged to Malik Pur.—Correspondent
