KARACHI, Dec 19: A division bench of the Sindh High Court comprising Justice Khilji Arif Hussain and Justice Syed Mehmood Alam Rizvi on Friday directed the Sindh home secretary, IGP and DGs of intelligence agencies, besides SHO of the Surjani Town police station, to call comments of the Inter Services Intelligence Agency (ISI) till Jan 21, 2009 on the whereabouts of a missing person.

Petitioner Azeem Marri moved the court alleging that his father, Saifal Khan Marri, chieftain of the Saifal Khan Marri Goth, Karachi, had been picked up by security agencies.—PPI
