KARACHI: Petition dismissed
KARACHI, Dec 17: A division bench of the Sindh High Court on Wednesday dismissed a petition filed by seven deputy district attorneys who were suspended in 2007 as a result of a judicial inquiry.
The judicial probe against them had proved that the SPSC had appointed them in an unfair manner. As a result, they were suspended for an indefinite period.—PPI
