SP Investigation Charsadda Mohammad Riaz Khan said that the security forces and police in a joint search operation took control of various important militant hideouts after house-to-house search in Michini, Shabqadar and disputed villages in the outskirts of Charsadda.

The security forces took control of the houses of key militant commanders including Malak Muhibullah resident in Shinow Ghundai, Abu Haneefa’s house in Michini and Malak Raheel’s home in Qilla Sha Bag.

The militants did not resist when the troops entered the houses, which have been used as militant hideouts. The troops also raided Kathozai, Haleemzai, and Shahbaz Korona areas of Doaba in Shabqadar.
