MIRPURKHAS, July 20: A partial strike was observed in Naukot town on Sunday in protest against Diplo police failure to recover two kidnapped people.

Tail Kumar Lohano, brother of local PML-Q leader Harish Kumar, and Vikram Kumar, were kidnapped on July 17 from the Diplo area.

Shops in different markets and bazaars remained closed in protest. Workers of Sindh Taraqqi Pasand Party observed a token hunger strike in Naukot.
