KARACHI, May 20: A fumigation drive was launched in Malir Town here on Tuesday.
Inaugurating the campaign, the acting town nazim, Sharafat Ali, said that creation of a health environment was among the op priorities of the city government.
Fumigation was carried out in different UCs of the town. As many as 32 vehicles were used in the operation.
Meanwhile, Site Town Nazim Izharuddin visited different areas and inspected the ongoing uplift works in the town including cleaning and lifting of garbage from rainwater drains.—PPI
