Zeeshan triumphs

KARACHI, April 20: Mohammad Zeeshan won the Karachi Club singles handicap snooker tournament when he whitewashed Asim Ghani straight 3-0 in the final at the KC on Sunday. Final scores were 90-56, 96-69, 98-69.

Earlier, the two made it to the final in contrasting styles. While Asim struggled to overcame Ali Fayyaz 3-2 (72-58, 95-50, 67-78, 42-78, 87-51), Zeeshan outplayed Bilal Yousuf straight 55-44, 68-43, 66-37 in the two pre-finals played the other day.
