TANK, April 20: Two persons were killed in separate incidents on charges of indulging in immoral activities in Tank city on Saturday night and Sunday, local people said.

The beheaded body of tribesman was recovered from a water channel in Kari Aitwari locality of the city on Sunday.

The victim was identified as Humayun son of Iqbal Shamenkhel Mehsud. Sources said that he was kidnapped by unidentified persons from the city.

Residents of the areas said that a chit was also found with his body saying that people involved in immoral activities would face the same fate. Police also confirmed the incident.

Another person identifies as Shamil was shot dead inside his house. Unidentified persons broke into his house and shot him dead.

Police said that no group had claimed responsibility for the killing of the two persons, but they suspected the involvement of militants in both the incidents.
