KARACHI, Feb 20: The Met Office has forecast fair weather with minimum temperature of 14 to 16 degrees centigrade on Thursday. Cool and dry weather has also been forecast for Hyderabad, Mirpurkhas, Sukkur and Larkana divisions.—PPI
