FPCCI signs pact with Yemen

KARACHI, Feb 2: The Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI) has signed a cooperation agreement with Federation of Yemen Chambers of Commerce and Industry.

According to the information reaching here on Saturday, the accord was signed at the Yemen’s Prime Minister Secretariat in Sanaa in the presence of prime ministers of both the countries.

Under the cooperation agreement, the apex bodies of the two countries will act more closely to intensify interaction between their business communities.

Both the chambers will jointly explore new avenues for promotion of bilateral trade and economic relations and facilitate their members to participate in trade fairs and exhibitions in each other countries.

Under the agreement both bodies will exchange visits of trade delegations and share market information about the economic development with a view to opening up further possibilities for boosting trade. — APP
