LAHORE, Dec 20: Caretaker minister for law and parliamentary affairs Syed Afzal Haider called on Supreme Court Bar Association president Chaudhry Aitzaz Ahsan at his residence on Thursday.

The minister remained for some time with Aitzaz who has been granted three-day parole release to celebrate Eid.

SCBA president has been put under house arrest by the authorities to restrain him from launching a `judicial bus campaign' which the government thought would create law and order situation.
