KARACHI, Dec 5: Minister for Ports and Shipping Dr Fahimuddin Ansari visited KPT head office on Wednesday and met KPT chairman vice admiral Ahmad Hayat.

The minister was briefed about the ongoing projects, Pakistan Deep Water Container Port (PDWCP), LPG terminal and cargo village at western breakwaters.

He was also given details about the cable stay bridge which will connect the PDWCP with cargo village.

The PDWCP, the minister was informed, would subsequently be linked with the Northern Bypass and Lyari Expressway.
