By Our Correspondent

NAWABSHAH, Nov 17: District Nazim Faryal Talpur has warned the EDO of education to refrain from issuing posting orders of teaching and non-teaching staff.

In a letter addressed to the EDO, the nazim said that she had received reports that a number of offer letters had been issued for posting of teaching and non-teaching staff without taking her into confidence or seeking her approval.

The letter said that the act of issuing posting orders on his part and by his group of office i.e. DO, DDO and ADO would amount to contravention of the contents of rule 5(2) schedule III of the Sindh District governments (conduct of business) Rules 2001 and SLGO 2001.

She directed him to refrain from issuing any orders and in case of defiance of her instructions, he would be held responsible and disciplinary action would be initiated against him.
