KARACHI, Nov 14: Three ships carrying containers and to load cement are due to arrive at the outer anchorage on Thursday, according to KPT sources.

The berthing activity at the wharves was brisk where five ships, Pacific Carrier, APL Shenzbon, PAC Antlia, and Cap Colorado to unload and load containers and Fairchem Colt, a tanker were berthed after the departure of six.

The ships, which departed included Tenth Ocean, Mol Ability, Conti Esperance, Hanjin Ningbo, Chemstar Brave and Freja Pacific, while PAC Antlia, APL Shenzhen, Marina Star-1, Iroqunis Maiden, Fairchem Colt and Wehr Rissan are due to sail out on Thursday.

Cargo handling activity at the wharves was active where a total tonnage of 0.105m tons, comprising 28,988 tons of exports and 75,715 tons of imports, was handled on Wednesday.

The following ships are due on Thursday: Iran Tabatabaei, Wadi Al-Rayan, with containers and Nafto Cement-11 to load 12,000 tons of cement.
