KARACHI, Nov 12: A policeman was shot dead in Malir on Monday evening. Police Constable Zaheer, 43, alias Guddu, was at a car service station in Saudabad when unidentified persons on a motorcycle opened fire at him and escaped.
Superintendent Police Latif Siddiqui told Dawn that the constable suffered two bullets in the head. He used to drive the vehicle of Station House Officer of Khokhrapar police station, the SP added.
Resident of Khokhrapar, he left behind five children and a widow to mourn his death.
