KARACHI: Three killed in accidents

KARACHI, Nov 4: Three persons died in separate incidents in parts of the city on Sunday.

A motorcyclist, identified as Rizwan, was knocked down by a fast-moving vehicle near Sohrab Goth while his friend Adnan sustained injuries. They were taken to a nearby hospital where Rizwan was pronounced dead on arrival while Adnan was provided treatment.

An unidentified young man was hit by an unknown vehicle near Korangi crossing. He was taken to the Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre where he succumbed to his wounds.

In another accident, an unidentified man was crushed to death by a locomotive near Channaser Phatak. His body was sent to the JPMC for legal formalities.
