According to details, a bailiff, Malik Lal, raided the house of Mohammad Asad at Adran Kalan in Gujar Khan along with the area police and recovered three boys on the complaint of their mother, Faina Kosar. She moved the court of District and Sessions Judge Mian Khadim Hussain against her husband who, she claimed, forced her to leave him on September 22 and snatched the three children, Zulqarnain Asad, 4, Umair Asad, 2, and one-year-old Ufran Asad.

The bailiff in his report to the judge said he recovered the boys from the house of Asad and temporarily handed them over to their mother.

The judge directed both parents to appear before the court on October 6 for permanent custody of the children.
