CHITRAL, Aug 31: Three people were killed and 11 injured when a jeep plunged into a ravine near Sheshi Koh here on Friday afternoon.

The jeep (PIR 4167) was going to the Sheshi Koh Valley from Drosh when it developed a technical fault and slipped off the road as a result of which three people were killed on the spot. Their names have been ascertained as Mehrab, Sardar Jinnah and Zakir Khan. The injured have been taken to the District Headquarters Hospital.

Hospital sources said that the condition of four was serious.
