KARACHI, Aug 19: The Sindh Board of Technical Education, Karachi has announced the results of Technical School Certificate Part-I (Class 9th) annual examination held in June 2007.
According to an SBTE release on Sunday, as many as 2,809 candidates appeared in the examination from all over Sindh out of which 1,863 were declared successful. The pass percentage remained 66.32.
Supplementary exams
The SBTE has also announced the dates of submission of examination forms by the failure candidates of TSC parts-I and II for TSC supplementary exams 2007.
Candidates could submit their forms by Sept 8 with normal fee, with a late fee of Rs150 by Sept 15 and with a late fee of Rs500 up to Sept 22.
DAE exams
The board also announced that annual examination 2007 of 1st and 2nd year Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE) would begin all over Sindh from Aug 30. Date sheets and admit cards had been dispatched to the respective institutes, the release added.—PPI
