Bank, airline launch master credit card


KARACHI, Aug 15: The ABN Amro and Airblue airlines on Wednesday launched the first co-brand master credit card targeting frequent and aspiring travellers.

According to a press release on Wednesday the card features dual benefits by combining Airblue’s frequent flyer scheme with the added features and benefits of an ABN Amro credit card.

It said that this exclusive card is designed to provide customers with superior travel opportunities on domestic as well as international routes.

Holders of the master card are eligible for other incentives such as free tickets against spend on the card and through travel on Airblue, priority check-in and baggage handling, bonus Blue-miles, access to Blue lounge, discounts at leading retail outlets, travel inconvenience insurance etc.

Speaking on the occasion Naved A Khan, country executive of ABN Amro in Pakistan said the bank was known for providing its customers with outstanding service.

Shahid Abbasi, chief operating officer of Airblue said that the airline had gained the reputation of being an industry leader by providing value for money through innovative travel services. —APP
