Loadshedding paralyses life in Naurang

By Our Correspondent

LAKKI MARWAT, Aug 12: Prolonged power loadshedding has paralysed normal life in the Serai Naurang town where shortage of drinking water has created problems for the people.

Residents complained that the loadshedding had badly affected business activities and routine work in urban and rural areas of the Naurang tehsil.

They said two electricity transformers installed in the Naurang city had been out of order for two days.

Meanwhile, a delegation of the residents under the leadership of ANP district president Sadruddin Khan Marwat Advocate met Pesco officials and apprised them about their grievances. They said if the loadshedding would not stop, they would organise protest demonstrations.
