KARACHI, Aug 12: Heavy loss of life and widespread damage to the city’s infrastructure in not so devastating rains is tragic and this proves the city government’s utter failure and incompetence to deal with even a slightly adverse situation.

This was stated by MNAs Mohammad Hussain Mehanti and Laeeq Khan of the Muttahida Majlis-i-Amal in a statement issued here on Sunday.
