HYDERABAD, July 24: Vice president of Pakistan Muslim League youth wing’s Sindh chapter, Khalid Butt has accused the suspended SHO of Hussainabad police station, Khawar Gul, of highhandedness and said that the SHO had registered a false case against him.

Speaking at a news conference at the press club here on Tuesday, he said that when an office-bearer of the ruling party was not safe, then how could any one else be safe.

He said it was the second false case registered against him by the same SHO, who had been suspended on two occasions earlier and has again been suspended for the third time only two days back.

Giving details, he said that he and his partner A.V.Ali owned a plot on Autobhan road which they had purchased from the railway society and had also won the case from the court of law. He alleged that a private party had tried to take over the possession of the plot on July 23.

He said, this was the third attempt to occupy the plot under the patronage of police, which was foiled by him and his partner. He said, a heavy contingent of police was present there on this occasion.

He demanded of the provincial president of the party, Dr Arbab Ghulam Rahim to quash the FIR registered against him and to take action against suspended SHO, Khawar Gul and DPO Matiari, who is also holding the additional charge of Hyderabad district.
