QUETTA, July 22: The Deputy Speaker of the Balochistan Assembly, Mohammad Aslam Bhootani, has expressed his happiness over the restoration of the Chief Justice of Pakistan, Justice Iftikhar Mohammad Chaudhry, and said that after a long time the nation heard some good news.

In a statement, he said the decision of the Supreme Court indicted that the rule of law and justice would prevail in the country, the era of injustices and atrocities would be over and people's rights would be protected at all level.

“The historic decision or the Supreme Court is the victory of justice and truth that enhanced the dignity and honour of the judiciary,” Mr Bhootani said and expressed the hope that Chief Justice Iftikhar Mohammad Chaudhry would further the journey of justice and truth in the country.
