KARACHI, July 20: In response to a news-item captioned “SHOs scrambling to generate funds” that appeared in the July 19 edition of Dawn, a spokesman for the Sindh police has said that the police have adequate funds for the purpose of setting up reporting centres.
He, however, does not mention the amount allocated for the establishment of reporting rooms in police stations.
The spokesman says that the funds have been made available and will be utilised to establish such centres.
