Play washed out

CHITTAGONG (Bangladesh), May 20: Bad weather washed out the third day's play in the badly-truncated first cricket Test between India and Bangladesh here on Sunday.

Umpires Daryl Harper and Billy Doctrove abandoned play at noon after heavy rain did not relent. Already 173 overs have been lost over three days because of the rains which are forecast to continue for the whole week.—AFP
