KARACHI, March 30: Berthing activity was slow as one container ship, Al-Wajba, was accommodated berth at QICT during the last 24 hours, said a PQA press release on Friday. Meanwhile, one more container ship also arrived at the outer anchorage. Six ships were occupying berths to load/offload containers, wheat, cement, edible oil, diesel oil and coke. A cargo volume of 31,329 tons comprising 17,793 tons of import and 13,536 tons of export tonnage was handled. Sailing was active as Global, Warbah and Al-Wajba left the port.
