KARACHI, March 28: Two ships to load wheat and containers were accommodated berths at QICT and MPT during the last 24 hours, said a PQA press release on Wednesday. Meanwhile, two more ships carrying soybean oil and diesel oil also arrived at the outer anchorage. Berth occupancy fell to 40pc as four ships, Nedlloyed America, Yick Zao, Afamia and Capt. George-L, were busy in loading and unloading containers, wheat, soyabean and iron ore. A cargo volume of 32,144 tons comprising 17,351 tons of import and 14,793 tons of export tonnage handled. Sailing was active as Despina and Capt. George-L left the port.
