KHAIRPUR, March 12: Students of Khairpur district, who have secured positions in the Higher Secondary Certificate examinations conducted by the Sukkur Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, were awarded gold medals at a ceremony at the local press club on Monday.

The students who were awarded medals and Shah Jo Risalo included Anwar Hussain Shah, Saeed Nawaz Shaikh, Zulqarnain Shaikh, Aqsa Memon, Nusrat and Anjum Memon in pre-engineering group and Pardeep Lal, Abdul Rahim Shaikh, Mohammad Shoaib Channa, Paras Memon, Pasha Memon and Mahwash Jan Phulpoto in pre-medical group.

Station director, Radio Pakistan, Khairpur, Kousar Buriro, and DDO, revenue, Munawwar Hussain Mahesar, were chief guests at the programme which was presided over by the district president of the Sindh Graduates Association.
