Six EoIs for SME Bank received

ISLAMABAD, March 1: The Privatisation Commission has received six expressions of interest (Eos) from interested parties to act as financial advisor for privatisation of the SME Bank Ltd.

According to a handout issued here on Thursday, the parties include BMA Capital; IGI Investment Bank; AMZ Securities; Arif Habib Limited; Abacus Consulting; Grant Thornton, Anjum, Asim, Shahid Rahman.

The SME Bank Ltd is a scheduled commercial bank, engaged in the business of banking with the objective of supporting and developing a small and medium enterprises sector in Pakistan by providing necessary financial assistance and its business support services on sustainable basis.
