Injured
SHEIKHUPURA, Feb 12: A police constable was injured and his colleague remained unhurt when two motorcyclists opened fire on them near Dhingar Barth village on Ajnianwala Road on Monday evening. Two constables on patrol tried to stop two motorcyclists on Ajnianwala Road. The pillion opened fire on the policemen. As a result, constable Tariq Mehmood was injured and removed to hospital. Second constable Yousaf, however, remained unhurt. — Correspondent
