Two killed in clash after children’s feud

NOWSHERA, Feb 7: Two people were killed and six suffered bullet injuries in a clash between two groups following a quarrel among children in the Nowshera Kalan area on Wednesday.

Those killed, one from each group, were identified as Shad Mohammad and Rukhsar. Police registered FIRs against 14 people from the two sides and arrested four of them, official sources said.

One group said that a man named Tahir who was injured in the clash went to Nowshero Kalan Police Station and reported to the SHO Mushtaq Ahmad Khan that he, along with Shad Muhammad, Nisar and Gulzar had been passing through the bazaar when Qazi Ishtiaq, Qazi Mazharul Haq, Qazi Wajid and Rukhsar attacked them. According to other group, Qazi Wajid, Ishtiaqul Haq, Mazharul Haq and Rukhsar were going to pick their children from school when Tahir, Shad, Nisar and Gulzar attacked them.
