The police seized a cell phone from Javed, which was identified through EMI number.

The accused told the police that he had got the phone from Suleman, alias Munna, who was also arrested.

They told the police that they had snatched Rs3,500 and a cell phone from Tasaddaq and when the latter put up resistance, Suleman asked his accomplice to shoot him. The DIG said another team had been constituted to arrest the other accused.
