KARACHI: Encroachments removed


KARACHI, Feb 5: The Shah Faisal Town administration on Monday carried out anti-encroachment operation at the Railway Crossing in Union Council No.1 and razed all illegal structures raised on the state-owned land.

The operation, carried out on the directives of Town Nazim Mohammad Imran, was supervised by Naib Nazim Ali Akber, TMO Syed Barkaat Ahmed Rizvi, In-charge of PR Police Drigh Road Station Irshad Baig. Other town officers were also present on the occasion.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr Imran said that stern action would be taken against illegal occupants of government lands.

The town nazim asked the people of the area to identify such encroachers and cooperate with the town administration in removing the encroachments.

He said that a big operation would be launched soon to remove encroachments on all roads, streets and government lands in the town.—PPI
